Event : 2nd Try [Saturday 30th, 18:00 RealmTime]
Location : Gurubashi Arena in Stranglethorn Vale

The unforseen problem that stopped the last event from ever happening has now been fixed, so on a short notice I'll do a mini-pvpevent.
Using any bugs to your advantage in the pvp-fights are prohibited.

Signups for event has to be done in this thread.

• You may only signup one ( 1 ) of your characters.
• Prices cannot be traded for something else or given away, if you ask you automatically forfit them.
• Fights between factions and duelling within the arena is prohibited.
• 1st to die is the looser (if both players die)
• If any other player helps a player currently fighting, the player helping will loose level(s) and be kicked out of the arena. So no healing etc from the sidelines!
• Fight starts when I say and not before!

2nd Price
* 1 levels up
* 15 Gold

And I have a question : do you seriously inted to make duels between chars with lvl 15 and a lvl 25 ? it's that realy ok :unsure: ?

The bug that occured were that I couldn't bring players to the arena since that command was bugged, but it has been fixed now so it shouldn't cause any more problems. I need to be able to do that since not all players can get to Gurubashi very easily by foot, and Gurubashi Arena will be closed off during the times I do events there so you can't enter "the normal way".

Depends on who's participating. Let's say that there's one lvl 17 player and four other players at around 23 to 25 that signs up, this would either mean that I have to deny the lvl17 player to participate at all or if he/she chooses to give it a try anyway against the others. I've seen examples where quite low level players have beaten higher level ones, it's a question about the skill of the player and how well he/she knows his/her class.

But anyway, there's the possibility that I divide it into 4 classes depending on how many (few?) that signs up.

What about the prizes ? I liked more those from the last "event" , I mean , the part where you could win a blue weapon + a blue item ( but I like the "2 lvls up" ideea too :) )

Considering the amount of signups so far, it seems like it won't be much of an event.

Perhaps, but I think I'd rather spawn Ignis the Furnace Master and if you manage to destroy him together you'll be greatly rewarded. :D

I can be quite tolerant about bad attitudes, but there's a limit.
If you check the amount of signups there wasn't enough players for even one fight which wouldn't be much of an event now would it? I cannot count the players that write that they "perhaps" can come, I've done that before which resultet in a totalt disaster in the planning.

I'm not sure what you expect gms to do?
Force players into events even if they do not want to?

But sure, I can setup a fight between the two lower level players that I can count here against Theonew which is a high level player.

Until player count rises I will no longer try to create any form of event since the response has so far been all but positive.
